“I met Micah as a trainer in 2014 after my athletic sons told me it was time for me to get back into shape. Weeks of taking his classes turned into months and now years and so many of us under his training have become like family.

Micah always changes up the exercises, routines and equipment and there has never been a class that has been the same. I’ve been working with Micah for 4 years. We met at his first training job as I was searching for a gym in retirement. It was very important to me to maintain a routine I had established with my employers’ gym and trainer. His circuit classes were very popular as his professionalism, demeanor, technique and drive to provide an outstanding workout distinguished him over most trainers.
